JK BRAND Custom
Designs is proud to offer premium elk hide. It is soft,
luxurious…making it the ideal choice for exclusive custom
items. Natural elk hides gain character with age and with the
right care your JK BRAND selection will improve with age.
More than accessories JK BRAND Custom Designs are expressions
of western style. The subtle combination of natural hides with
handcrafted accents – including hand-cut fringe, sterling
silver conchos, glass trade beads, furs – will transcend a
single era or life-style. Each item is a distinctive,
individual, creative translation from supple elk hides to
pillows, throws, table runners, window treatments, furniture
and apparel. No individual piece ever turns out quite like
another…simply put, prized treasures for interior design
reflecting comfortable living more than a rustic-ranch style.
Natural hide has a soft hand and lived-in look. Some
irregularities are normal and are considered desirable. These
are characteristic gentle shadings, crease marks and in some
cases slight rubs and/or scars. These natural distinctions are
in no way considered to be flaws, but rather add to the
lived-in western luxury of these custom items. There are also
subtle variances in shades from hide to hide. Dye lots may vary
slightly.
We feel the intrinsic value of each exceptional JK BRAND custom
item makes this worthwhile…we hope you do also.
Events and Milestones
For four years in a row, JK BRAND has participated in the September
gala weekend, Rendezvous Royale, benefiting the
prestigious Museums of the Buffalo Bill Historical Center in
Cody, Wyoming. The Royale consists of the Buffalo Bill
Art Show & Sale, Cody High Style, and Museum Patrons
Ball. Each year JK BRAND donates an exquisite custom elk hide throw, in
the established JK BRAND expression of western style, to the
silent auction at the Patrons Ball.
We were pleased that our Western Shawl was chosen to be
included in the Country Crooner Goodie Bag for the 2005 Country
Music Awards. The prestigious Goodie Bag is a collection of
gift items awarded to each of the celebrity presenters in the
ceremony.

JK BRAND Custom Designs is also proud of our participation in
2003 as a retailer during the How The West Was Worn
celebration in association with the renowned Prix De West at
the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City,
Oklahoma.
